This app seems very good, I have just installed it a few days ago. The team is very supportive and answers every question and gives solutions very quickly. Emile and Daisy are doing a great job! As the app is new, any minor situations which may occur are resolved immediately. I recommend this app for a loyalty program on your website.

Impecable service from the team over at Smartify Apps, easy tor each and very helpful in any request I've made of them. I've yet to use the app CUSTOMER side, but admin side, it's incredibly user friendly.

I have been looking around for some time trying to find a decent loyalty app. Bon Loyalty is very easy to use with great features. Incredible support staff who respond and help very quickly. They seem to be available day and night and only want to help! Highly recommended.

Downloaded Bon Loyalty for the Shopify Online Store, and truth be told, it's the best app out there for a Loyalty Programme! - Allows you to customise the features and appearance to match the themes of your online store
- Love how you are able to configure and edit details and promotions to further entice customers to be part of the loyalty programme
- Most importantly is the amazing Support available, I had the pleasure to interact with Daisy (Hi Daisy!) who is incredibly responsive and patient with my needs. 5 of 5 Stars
Definitely Recommended!

I would give zero stars if I could
I used this app for some time now with no problems, I had completely set it up to only work on points balance and only 3 options for redeeming when I had set it up. At some point between then and now new features became available and were automatically turned on.
I only discovered this a couple days ago when someone used those new features to take $200 worth of product for free using them.
This was massive to me, I'm a small business. I can't afford such a massive loss.
After I contacted support they were no help at all leaving me absolutely distraught
