Just installed the App and have been taking my time customizing it. I spoke to Genie and later with Anna which were both extremely helpful! Setting these apps can be extremely stressful sometimes but these ladies made it a breeze!

Bon were really helpful in smoothing the transition from another loyalty app that we had been using. Their chat/support system was very consistent and fast over the 2 days of our transition.

Just starting to use the app, it's user friendly and a lot of customisation.
The customer service was great. Daisy was helping me to set up, she responded very fast and gave me the information more then i asked.

I just set up the BON Loyalty Rewards App and needed some customization done. I got on chat with Anna and she was able to help me out quickly and friendly too, nice to chat with! This app is very user friendly, easy to use and set up.

Excellent customer support! Daisy helped me to remove the watermark. I sent a request out of working hours but they replied to me immediately. I recommend it 100% because for now, it's the best app on the market.
