We are using this app to fulfill frequent customer requests for a loyalty program, and I'm so excited at how comprehensive it is! Fully customizable color combos, banners, logos, combined with endless ways to earn, manage, and spend points and track metrics make this app an incredibly powerful marketing tool. And with customer service replying after only a few seconds of an (admittedly accidental) request, Daisy proved that friendly, fast, helpful support is of the utmost priority for this app's team. While we are spending $10, $15, sometimes $20 for one-note apps are necessary to make our shops run the way we need them to, I am simply amazed that this one that is functional, beautiful, and well supported is somehow free. If you choose only one marketing app, let it be this one!

Firstly I just want to say thank you to Daisy, whose professionalism in answering and helping me get my problem sorted, was exceptional. She not only helped fix my issues but she went the extra mile with the help of Kyle to give me that perfect finishing touch to how my Loyalty Reward system would look to the customers. I've been looking for several months for a reward system that I could introduce in my website, and as a small business that is just starting out, this was perfect. It was inexpensive, easy to integrate and set up. And now that I know their customer service is top notch, I'm a little more relaxed in knowing that assistance is available to should I encounter a problem. We're building a new customer experience for our website, and having a loyalty scheme is really important to our customer base. We were attracted to BON Loyalty Rewards & Referral because it offered the functionality we needed, and is very customisable (plus you can see really clearly how it will work on the sample store, which some of the other apps don't show). Emile offered excellent customer support (even though it was technically outside work hours as it was during the holiday season!) and Kyle provided development support within moments of a request being made. The rewards scheme setup is really slick and straightforward and sits well with our website. We look forward to seeing how it helps develop our customer base.
