I have been using it for a few days. Although it is not long, I found that it is relatively easy to master during the setting process, and the functions basically meet the needs of use. It would be more perfect if more task types and points use methods could be added in the future. , customer service Emile is very timely and effective help, thank you very much.

BON is the best loyalty app I have come across. We went through 2 other loyalty apps that just didn't have all the features that we needed. BON does! On top of that, their customer support is the best! Daisy, Cara, and Ana are always so helpful. They have helped me set up the app to do exactly what I needed it to.

Had a great time using this app and would definitely recommend. It's got all the features a paid app does but it's completely free, no hidden fees. Customer support is great as well with a quick response time. Overall a very good app.

Compared to all of the loyalty program apps, I've found that BON really is the best with the best price too!

Going through setting it all up for the first time, Daisy and the development team were rockstars in answering my questions and helping make adjustments I was stuck on.

Daisy was extremely friendly and quick to answer, even with breaks in between my questions.

Definitely a stellar support experience!

As for the app itself, I'm currently on the $15/mo plan and for the size of my business, it is perfect. The customizability goes in-depth down to the name of your points, the emails that are sent out, the colors of the widget, and much more.

I really felt I could fully customize it the way I wanted it to be, and that fit my shop the best.
