Another app we have on our site (to make our pages load faster), created issues with displaying a reward widget. The team at BON helped troubleshoot and fix the problem. I was so thrilled. Usually, you are told by some providers to talk to the people whose app broke their code. None of that from Bon. She answered all of my queries almost instantly, configured my email seamlessly and even went into my end and helped me upload my images at the right size and quality.
