Hi I have just started using the Bon app, the live chat service is excellent, Chelsea answered by query very quickly & sorted out my request in no time.
It's a super app! It has everything I was looking for, very easy to set up.

It's all great so far. Had few questions and had them all quickly answered by using a live chat. Sophie has been extremely helpful and warm. She has great customer service skills. :)

Setup was a seamless and you cannot beat the customer service. Anna has been amazing in walking me through any questions I had. She has been very informative and has handled everything with kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this app.
