BON: Loyalty Rewards Referrals

BON is a great app for easily setting up a loyalty program with different features. It also has many integrations with other commonly used apps on Shopify. The support team is very responsive, a real pleasure. Thanks again to Jean for his help !

I’ve been using the BON Loyalty app, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the service I’ve received. Cara has been especially kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. The app itself is packed with features, and it feels solid and professional.

Whenever I’ve had questions, I’ve received quick and efficient responses, which has been really reassuring. The app is also very user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and manage. The integration with Judge.me worked seamlessly as well, which was a huge plus!

We now work with BON on two of our storefronts. Their customer service is BEYOND. They are prompt to answer anytime of the day and if you request an adjustment to your storefront that their team can accomplish they will happily do it for you.

I am new to Bon Loyalty, using the free plan for now because my website is still under development. The live chat help is awesome, speaking to a real person. My helper Cara has been amazing to work with and helped me setup the free plan. I am excited for my clients to use this program and hopefully it'll help my business grow.
