I absolutely love this app. It is exactly what I needed for my customers. It gives so many options for reward point earnings whether you use the free version or paid! The customer service is absolutely wonderful. I honestly, can't boast enough. I needed my email changed to my website's and the agent I got named, Cara, was absolutely amazing! It got worked out quickly as well. I would highly recommend Bon Loyalty Rewards!

We noticed that you've uninstalled BON, and we would love to understand if there's anything we can assist you with. We are committed to helping you maximize the effectiveness of BON for your store's success and would appreciate the second opportunity to support you further.
Our store is now testing serval loyalty rewards app on Shopify, to fulfil most of our needs. And support from Emile is literally in lightning speed, and they got plenty of documentation hand by hand to teach you how to use the function.
Only thing is our shop relied on POS much (our offline store), but the flexibility for most of the loyalty apps could not offer much redeem discount rules on POS. Hope that Shopify could have a updates on it, and let BON could create more features for us to enhance customers happiness in store!
