Anna was super helpful and quick to respond. They removed the BON branding in just a few seconds to make the widget look even better. The app is easy to use and I love that I can better improve my customer satisfaction by using BON.

So far, so good! I have investigated what feels like a million referral apps, and this one seems to be a keeper! No impact on site speed, which is a huge plus, affordable pricing plans and lots of customization options, including a loyalty page. Easy to set up and, whatever I can't do on my own, the dev team has been very quick to respond and help. Give it a try!

Installed the app over the weekend and received amazing support to set it up, even though I wasn't expecting such a quick response on a Saturday and Sunday! Anna was amazing supporting me on the Sunday and Lindsey on Saturday!
Loving the app's features so far, we choose the basic plan to get us started, as we're still a small business, and I'm so happy it's not overpriced and has great features. We're able to customise our Loyalty page, widget and everything perfectly!
