This app is far exceeds all others on the market! The design is clean, easy to use, and full of features. The support is unmatched in the industry. Even at 8 PM on Sunday night, Anna with support replied to my support request within minutes and had it resolved within moments. As this is a new app, I am looking forward to what this company does in the future.

So far it has been great. I really love the way it looks on my site. The only thing I would like to see added, is the ability to do our own custom rewards. I would like to give points to customers for multiple shares on Facebook. The ability to do our own custom rewards would be a nice addition. The support staff (Emily) was very helpful.

Just started using this app but so far the customer service is exceptional! I didn't read the onboarding directions before I completed the onboarding and needed some assistance. When I reached out I worked with Genie and was assisted in setting up my widget super easy and straight forward. Would recommend to others to try this app customer service is there for you!!
