BON Loyalty has great customer service and is an excellent Rewards App. I've used them on another store for years, and they've implemented many great updates to their program since.

Great onboarding experience and is a lot more encompassing for the cost than other platforms. We migrated from influence.io as the refer a friend functionality did not work and allowed people to generate codes without a succesfull referral taking place. BON solves this

Absolutely great Loyalty app that's super easy to setup most especially for someone like me who really struggles with technology but was able to do everything myself along with the Customer Service team at BON.
