This is the perfect app if you're looking to launch a loyalty program. Many options, and you can easily customize the design and translate it into your own language by yourself. And best of all, the support is friendly, helpful, and available 24/7. :)

Excellent app with outstanding support
Bon has been incredibly useful for us and is genuinely easy to use. It comes packed with features that let us do exactly what we want with our loyalty and rewards program, it covers everything we need without feeling complicated.

But honestly the biggest standout has been the support. The entire team is available 24/7 and extremely helpful, but specifically Hazel has been amazing, quick to respond, patient with our questions, assertive in solving problems, and clearly genuinely cares about making sure things work right for our business. She's consistently supportive and on point every single time. The kind of support that makes you actually want to keep using the app longterm.

Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a solid rewards program with support that actually has your back.

Bon Loyalty offers a competitive price for the number of features included, and their built-in translation functionality is a real advantage compared with many other apps in this category. Their chat support is also responsive and usually willing to help, which is appreciated.

However, I am giving 3 stars for two main reasons.

First, the app is not very intuitive to navigate. Many configuration settings are difficult to find, and the structure of the app can feel confusing. Support explained that this is partly because the app has many features, but in my view, if merchants cannot easily find or properly use those features, then the value of having so many features is reduced. Thankfully, their chat support can often help guide users through the app, but the app itself should be easier to understand and configure without needing support so often.

Second, the support team does not always seem to have deep technical knowledge of the app or Shopify behavior, and this can lead to misleading answers. For example, we asked about the “Refer a Friend” landing page flow. After a user clicks the referral link and signs in, the app was sending them to Shopify’s default login page and leaving them there, instead of bringing them back to the referral page. This breaks the user journey and makes an important referral feature much less effective, because the customer can easily get lost and fail to complete the process.

The initial answer from support was that this was due to Shopify’s technical limitations and that they could not control the authentication process. However, this was inaccurate. Shopify supports a simple return URL parameter that can bring the user back to the original page after login. We implemented this ourselves in around 30 minutes. After that, support acknowledged that their answer had been incomplete and said they would share it with their development team. Hopefully this will be corrected properly in the app.

Overall, Bon Loyalty has strong potential, especially because of its pricing, feature set, and translation support. But the app needs a more intuitive interface, and the support team needs stronger technical knowledge, especially when merchants are relying on them for important customer-facing flows.

I’ve been using this app for nearly a year now, and I cannot thank Haley and Hazel enough for their incredible support. No matter what challenges I face, they are always there to offer selfless assistance and effective solutions. What sets them apart is how much they value user feedback; I’ve seen the app evolve and improve firsthand based on our interactions. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to both their product and their users. Highly recommended!

Bon Loyalty is one of those apps that leaves a lasting impression. I actually remembered it from about two years ago when I was researching loyalty apps for my Shopify store. I had to put my business on hold for a while, so when I recently came back to continue building my store, I was genuinely happy to find Bon Loyalty already waiting in my list of apps.

One of the things I appreciate most is how customizable it is. The free plan includes plenty of useful features, which is incredibly valuable when you're just starting out. At the same time, the app offers excellent upgrade options that can grow alongside your business, making it a great long-term choice.

The customer support has also been outstanding. Hazel, Hailey and Kian have been incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They explain everything clearly and even include screenshots and pictures to make the process easy to follow.

Overall, Bon Loyalty has been a wonderful experience so far. If you're looking for a loyalty program that's easy to use, flexible, and backed by a caring support team, this app is definitely worth considering.

Truly great support, they have helped me from start to finish, importing points and customers from my old system, integrating with the store, and when i had some issues from shopify they helped me track down the issue and fix it. I use POS and web for this program and they have made it work wonderfully for my staff and my customers.

The app and their customer service team has been wonderful. Above and beyond! Not only are they super responsive, they gave me tips for getting started and have helped me set up a custom reviews connection to a reviews app that they don't have a standard built-in earnings connection with. I first worked with Ame (who was great!), and even though when I logged in sometimes a different rep responded (likely due to time-zone differences), they were always up to date on my status and project and always professional, and were able to help me with what I needed. I highly recommend this app so far!
