I love this app so far. Even though I am new to the app. I love the set up and all of the features thus far. I needed the BON banner removed, so I chatted with Cara and she was great, very responsive and she took care of my needs via chat. She is awesome. Cara really was a big help to me once more. I am really loving this rewards app. It offers many great options to choose from for your customers. I really believe my customers will enjoy this program once I relaunch in September 2022. You are able to customize your rewards and your banner. If you are looking for a rewards program for your customers, this is the one for you! This app is wonderful. Try it out for your store and you will not be disappointed. You are able to chat with an agent that is available for all of your needs. They are really prompt as well with answering your questions. Give it a try. Don't take my word for it, just try it for your store and for your customers. I am not being sponsor for this. the support system at BON is amazing. There are certain benefits that are locked and when you got curious about it and click, it will force chat with a support online. I must admit that it was quite intimidating to force chat with someone but it give you the opportunity to know the team behind this system and I have no complains! They were really prompt in your needs. Hopefully this will be the reward system that I will stick to for years to come!

I just started to use this app for loyalty rewards. Features are awesome considering that other loyalty apps charge lots of money for some. It's %100 free for now and the support team is experienced + very helpful. Special thanks to Emile and Kyle! Totally recommended!

So far so good! I had an amazing customer service rep (Cara) that walked me through some difficulties installing. It was actually due to mistakes on my end and not the functionality of the app.

I've only used this app for a few days and the app is simple to use and configure. Did have to contact support to help remove the "BON Banner" and Daisy was an excellent help. The best Support experience I've had with any app on Shopify.
