Woow, I don't know where to start from... The app is really amazing. It has everything I need and the customer service is great. I had questions and they helped me so fast. Daisy was soo friendly and easy to work with. The app is so customer friendly also. I highly recommend and I'm sure you'll be happy with what you'll have. There are so many custom options and beautiful designs to choose from. I love it so far and I really think I'm lucky I found it. Thank you so much!

We've only just started using (not even fully configured yet) but our first experience with Bon customer support was in their assistance in importing our customer list, and their assistance was AWESOME and fast! Can't wait to get using the app!

Very good app with friendly customer support! I had a problem with a setup and Genie helped me instantly, she cared so much about my problem and solved within 5 minutes. I recommend this app for everybody who wants Loyalty in his on page.

I just signed up for this application and I am loving the features that it offer. It is very easy to use. Kudos to Daisy from the support team, she is extremely attentive and quick on the answers. I've just installed the APP and have bootstrapped a rewards program--which only took a few minutes. Furthermore, Support was able to help me with a small request with lightning speed! A+ experience thus far.

DO NOT under any circumstances, install this app. yes, the people are nice. yes, it should have a lot of features. but when they start having server issues... you will regret it. ALL settings were removed... placement, colors, etc... that overlapped with critical gui features in our cart so people couldnt add things or checkout. when i went to get support - they couldnt even disable it. this cost me real world dollars. i hope they get it fixed, but the risk is not worth it. then... the canned responses from support start to grow infuriating. "my customers cant check out - i cant disable your app - i need a resolution right now as this is costing me money" "you are important to us. rest assured we will work hard"
