Our store is now testing serval loyalty rewards app on Shopify, to fulfil most of our needs. And support from Emile is literally in lightning speed, and they got plenty of documentation hand by hand to teach you how to use the function.

Only thing is our shop relied on POS much (our offline store), but the flexibility for most of the loyalty apps could not offer much redeem discount rules on POS. Hope that Shopify could have a updates on it, and let BON could create more features for us to enhance customers happiness in store!

Beaucoup de fonctionnalités et faciles à prendre en main. Pour couronner le tout j'ai pu bénéficier, avant même de prendre un quelconque plan payant, de l'assistance de Sophie et Chelsea qui ont été à l'écoute de toutes mes problématiques. Je recommande vivement cette application !

Great app – easy to install and set up the rewards system. Highly recommended. Anna at Bon's customer support is awesome – any question was responded within a few minutes!

I had such a positive experience with BON! Tonight, I was setting up the app, but being not so tech-savvy, I hit a bit of a roadblock. Thankfully, I reached out to for assistance... Anna responded right away and took care of everything I needed help with promptly and efficiently. It's such a relief to know that I have such great support available whenever I need it. I'm really excited to start using the app, and knowing that there are fantastic people like Anna to assist me along the way makes the whole experience even better!
