Before using BON, I had many questions about the app and reached out to the team. Cara was incredibly helpful and patient in addressing all my doubts. When I started using the app, Anna was also very quick to respond to my requests. I highly recommend BON to potential users, especially for their top-notch customer service!

The app is even much better than most paid loyalty apps. I really like that! And their support is also great. I think there are still improvement about the referral program.

So far so good! I had an amazing customer service rep (Cara) that walked me through some difficulties installing. It was actually due to mistakes on my end and not the functionality of the app.

Muy buena aplicación, el diseño es bonito y sencillo y puedes personalizarlo bastante. He probado muchas aplicaciones de loyalty reward y esta es la que mas me gusta. Además el servicio de soporte es muy atento y me han ayudado mucho Emilie, Anna y Lindsey.

Chelsea was very helpful and responsive in getting our trial extended so we have enough time to fully test Bon for our shop. So far, so good in the app.
