Changing my review, I think the app is ok and customer service is good. However, there are little things that the apps lack and it has the wrong format, instead of trying to improve it, they want to charge it.
I already paid one thing for a change that was obvious they should have, when i asked to give the option to send emails to the clients on certain points earnings instead of sending an email for everything (this is so spammy), they wanted to charge me again
Probably will look for a better app in the future.

Very limited App. Also it requires access to data that it does not need to create or fulfill it's purposes. It should not be allowed access to our Theme or Order details and fulfillment details of our customers. It ONLY needs the data of the customers who sign up for the loyalty program! Nor should it be able to identify our IP address and device.. Delete this App!

We sincerely apologize for any unease about data access and want to assure you that we only requested access to specific sections necessary for properly integrating our loyalty program with your theme and order data.
1. Your request to add loyalty sections to the customer account page required us to evaluate its feasibility in your theme.
2. We requested access to your Shopify orders to ensure we can support you in cases where there may be concerns with order point rewards. You also asked us to optimize the refund point calculation for your store, which is directly linked to your orders, and that’s why we needed access to carry out this task thoroughly.
3. Regarding your concern about access to your IP address and device information, please know that we strictly follow Shopify’s privacy guidelines and do not know such details unless you provide them.
4. You mentioned some limitations in our app; however, we're committed to expanding its features and offering customization options for greater flexibility. This includes the ability to create new features if they align with our development and are feasible within Shopify. We had discussed customizing your email settings but haven’t heard back.
We genuinely hope to hear any further feedback you’d like to share because your experience is our top priority.
My customers reported difficulty using at checkout. Where the cart would flip out and not show the correct items in the checkout screen.
If this continues the app is completely useless and pointless.

We're sorry your customers had a rough checkout experience and understand how important a smooth process is and are here to ensure it happens. Just to clarify, the checkout page is managed by Shopify, not BON. We conducted tests on our end and were able to apply BON discounts at checkout without encountering the issues mentioned in your review. We’ve sent you a screen recording showing the entire process via email.
Could you please confirm if this addresses your concern? If there’s anything else you observed or additional details you can provide, we would greatly appreciate it. We genuinely want to ensure everything works perfectly for you and your customers.

The app is okay, test thoroughly to make sure it works for you, they dont let you set 100% rewards for products, you have to set a specific dollar amount so if you have price changes you need to change every single reward.

The app is just fantastic ! It looks just beautiful and you can literally adjust EVERYTHING! I looked at a few apps but this is definitely the most aesthetic one. On top of that it literally makes FUN participating for your customers in the loyalty Programm because the action buttons are just made to press on. I tried it if the point of view of a customer for my ship and I just loved it and immediately wanted to upgrade my subscription plan for this app. The customer service is also outstanding and very nice and helpful! don‘t look any further, get this app !

For the last few days, we have been looking for a loyalty points app, finally, we found BON at 3 A.M, her service (Maxxie) absolutely amazes me; she & her team can fulfill what I've been looking for: a customizable widget, built for Shopify, affordable price, live chat 24/7 (almost), even their back-end UI is so so great. Works great! I can reward my costumers with exclusive items with the rewardprogram! The refferal program also works great and it helped me a lot with getting new costumers! Maxxie, Cara and the rest of the BON team helped me perfectly with removing the brandmark for free!

App was glitching so bad it would constantly log me out of my Shopify app and ask me to sign in again. When I put the loyalty widget on my website it also started glitching. NO
