If I could rate my experience a 10 I would. I can't say enough about the amazing customer service Cara provided tonight. She was patient, kind, knowlegable and explained everything so a non-tech person like myself could understand. After looking at several rewards apps, BON looked like the one for me. Simple, yet contained all the elements of a rewards program I wanted. Genie helped me through the whole process of getting BON in my store, and she did it with patience and understandable explanations. She’s a top customer service rep for sure! Customers are signing up for my rewards program, and Genie is still available when I have questions. Thank you, BON and Genie!

I think this is the best loyalty or store credit app in shopify app store.
I used many similar apps some of those are quite expensive but it's free. Much better than paid apps. I really recommend this app. Best customer service as well.
