可惜後台沒有中文版本,目前使用上以免費的 App 來說,算是很優質的 App 了,真人客服也很有耐心回答。希望未來後台能推出繁體中文版本、Widget 可以改變成想要的形狀,無其他任何的建議!!!!!

Great customer service! I had an issue with configuring BON in my backend. Anna quickly jumped on the chat and helped me resolve the problem. Was up and running again within minutes!

The app works great and comes with a lot of valuable features. :) It has a clean interface and is easy to navigate. While I had an issue with allocated points, Daisy, Emile, and everyone on their support team were very kind and helpful. They were very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this app!

The app is even much better than most paid loyalty apps. I really like that! And their support is also great. I think there are still improvement about the referral program.

It was very easy to navigate. Cara was very helpful when I needed assistance. I really like how when you click on something that is locked help is notified and it is taken care of. I am very HAPPY this app is FREE and offers so many great features.

that app is great and easy to use. Support has been extremely responsive anytime Ive had a question. I was looking for a certain feature that is not yet available. However the Bon loyalty team was able to offer an alternative solution within the app which worked out great for what I needed.

We use this app for a Refer a Friend program. It was pretty easy to customise to our brand colours and set up the program. We did have some help from a member of the support team - Daisey was super helpful and very patient. All set up and going and hopefully will work well in the future
