Very pleased with the setup and working with Anna. We got the Bon Loyalty Rewards app up and running in no time. I have been looking for a loyalty tool that was a good price for me (Small business) and something that will excite our customers both online and in-store. Very easy to use and rivals some of the other major companies that have rewards programs. I think you get so much for the price. Integrations are slightly limited but the ones they do integrate with has been ideal when transferring over. I love having the loyalty page directly on my site (nice, clean and laid out) without having to pay for the highest tier for that.
Their customer service is SUPER responsive and very helpful. Anytime I have a question or run into an issue the response is prompt and the suggestions are helpful. Cara has been super helpful. So has Ana (really everyone on their team has been awesome. I never had any issues).
I love the customizable features as well. I get to use this and have it blend flawlessly into my store's theme. It looks and meshes like a perfect fit!
