Hazel from BON Loyalty was amazing—fast, clear, and very hands-on. She helped us configure point earning/redemption, referral settings, and sync points for past orders, and guided us through how BON works with Shopify customer accounts (including guest checkouts). Support was responsive and professional. Highly recommended!

I want to share how grateful I am for the support I received from Sienna.
She was incredibly helpful and prompt in guiding me through updating my DNS records so I could update my email address inside my BON loyalty app. She quickly sent over the files containing the necessary DNS records, and the information was clearly organized, which made it easy for me to copy and paste everything directly into my domain account without confusion.
