I couldn't be happier with the results! This app has revolutionized the way I engage with my customers through its comprehensive loyalty, referral, and rewards program. The setup was surprisingly straightforward, allowing me to customize the program to perfectly fit my brand.
One of the standout features of Bon Loyalty is its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to manage and track customer rewards, boosting engagement and repeat purchases. Very pleased with this app and its capabilities. We have alot of different customer groups and needed to pay a nominal amount for some custom work to exclude some of our customer groups. If we wanted to spend a bit more down the line to cutomise it even further they really can do anything but our point was to keep costs back and soem of htese loyalty apps are very costly. As a small business adding a Loyalty app to offer discount to our customers is abig deal and could not spend a fortune on the functionality to do so. Its been a tricky set up all round with shopify, other apps as well as Bon to gt it to function but as is everything with our business but the Bon team have been amazing and patient with us! Dealt with Maxxie & Sophie alot who were both superstars. Highly recomend.

This is the first time we've implemented a loyalty scheme on our store, and I'm so glad we chose BON. In fairness, some of the other (more expensive) platforms may be longer established and, therefore, have more robust documentation to help complete newbies like me. But what BON might be lacking from a documentation point of view, they more than make up for with their excellent customer service.
Cara has been especially helpful, making the whole process way less stressful than it might otherwise have been. When Cara hasn't been around, Sophie and Hazel have also been there to help answer my questions and point me in the right direction. No question is too silly and they have been great at helping me with the design customisations.
In fact, it's a nice change to have people to chat with rather than just a mass of documentation to read and work out the answers for yourself.
I would highly recommend BON to anyone looking to build a loyalty programme into their store.

Like many testimonials about apps, I am writing because of the outstanding customer service and support from the team at BON Loyalty. Another app we have on our site (to make our pages load faster), created issues with displaying a reward widget. The team at BON helped troubleshoot and fix the problem. I was so thrilled. Usually, you are told by some providers to talk to the people whose app broke their code. None of that from Bon. On top of it, we are new to Bon Loyalty, and I found the onboarding support excellent. so far, the investment appears to be working for us. I spent a reasonable amount of time researching apps and found BON to fit our needs best. I never imagined the customer service would be as exceptional as it is.

Bonloyalty is an excellent app for managing customer loyalty. I had concerns about the order limit and data import, but Hazel from the support team resolved them quickly and efficiently. Great support and a reliable app!

My experience with the Bon loyalty app and it's staff was unmatched.
Building a website from zero experience has been everything but easy, and Hazel from the support chat made setting up and integrating the bon loyalty program so so easy.
She answered all of my queries almost instantly, configured my email seamlessly and even went into my end and helped me upload my images at the right size and quality. Thank you so much it has been a breeze! Also the customisations are beautiful and really easy to add your own brand colours, fonts and images to make it more personal and on brand. Thank you Hazel!
