Le support est réactif et à l'écoute.
Nous ne l'avons pas encore testé en prod afin de savoir si la conversion fonctionne vraiment.

Absolutely amazing app to use. Super easy, fun and simple for first timers like me. I was able to set it up and customize it to my liking. And the customer service is insanely amazing, above and beyond to say the least. Cady helped me on several things and helped me achieve them with ease. 100% recommend !!

Very easy to setup and use. Excellent customer service and very nice to work with. I am currently using it and I believe it will certainly make a big difference on how customer's interact with it. So far set up has been super easy and Anna in support was incredibly quick and responsive. I am starting with the Free plan to trial run as we are just starting out, a lot of the features I want are behind the pay wall of the first tier (like birthday points) but I am thinking there is enough in the free that it will be a great way to start loyalty on my shop!
