The app is just fantastic ! It looks just beautiful and you can literally adjust EVERYTHING! I looked at a few apps but this is definitely the most aesthetic one. On top of that it literally makes FUN participating for your customers in the loyalty Programm because the action buttons are just made to press on. I tried it if the point of view of a customer for my ship and I just loved it and immediately wanted to upgrade my subscription plan for this app. The customer service is also outstanding and very nice and helpful! don‘t look any further, get this app !

Dès le départ, l'application s'est révélée être un atout précieux pour fidéliser ma clientèle, grâce à ses fonctionnalités intuitives, facile à mettre en place et efficaces. Mais ce qui a réellement fait la différence, c'est l'engagement et la réactivité exemplaires de l'équipe de support client et plus particulièrement Maxxie qui est un réel ange quand il s'agit de trouver des solutions.

We have recently moved to BON from a much more expensive app and have been more than happy with the transition.
BON offers more customisation to customer notification and includes a customisable rewards landing page which allows customers to easily understand how our rewards program works.
It also integrates better into POS than our previous app and has an overall better customer experience.
The support team is always responsive. They where super helpful with transitioning all the customer data and points balances from our previous app and where able to complete a few customisation requests to get it to perfectly fit our needs.
Highly recommended.

Super easy to set up and Tracy has been very helpful. Only wish it was available on Shopify POS, but for now I will be able to adjust the points manually, if checking out in person.
