I cannot recommend BON enough! The app is not only feature-rich and incredibly intuitive, but the customer support is absolutely fantastic. Whenever I had a question or needed help, their team went above and beyond to provide prompt, clear, and friendly assistance. It's rare to find such dedication to customer satisfaction, and BON has truly exceeded my expectations.

We switched from SMILE to BON because SMILE was missing a major feature for us and that was the ability to exclude specific collections from earning points (i.e. sale items, special releases and low margin products).
From the get go the team at BON were incredibly responsive and answered at least 50+ questions we had (no exaggeration lol).
Their app is incredibly user friendly and does exactly what you want from a Loyalty App.
It took us a good 4-6 days to set up as we had issues with the initial customer import, points being awarded for orders that weren't meant to receive points ETC
But in the end, the team were able to fix all of the issues in a timely manner - bear in mind some patience is needed for issues that require developer intervention AND they don't work 24/7.
Their pricing plan is incredibly affordable too - the cheapest of all the Loyalty Apps we've used in the past (we're on the Growth Plan so this does come with a lot of features so this review may not relate to those on cheaper plans).

BON loyalty is sooo great!!! Easy to set up all the things you need! And the service is super great, especially Hazel, a nice girl who always quick reply me when I have any question and need any help!! I recommand this app!!!

I only gave a 4 because we haven't had a chance to really use the app and get feedback from our customers yet, so I'm not sure how it works in real time. But we love the branding options it provides and the setup process, we are feeling hopeful!

App intuitiva, nella versione free le opzioni sono un po' limitate tuttavia, ma si può comunque lavorare bene. Sophie del servizio clienti è stata molto gentile e mi ha aiutata a risolvere un problema.
