I'm using BON Loyalty for my online coffee business. It's the best multilingual loyalty app out there. Tracy was super helpful answering my questions and setting up the widget.

Seamless way to increase customer loyalty, super intuitive and easy to use. UI is great. Nice design. Customer support was great, very responsive and helpful. Had a query, and Daisy (customer support PIC) got back to me on my inquiry as promised. Thanks BON! :)

We added the BON app today and it's fairly straightforward. If you have an issue, the customer service is incredible. I was lucky enough to have Anna as my representative. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Best of all, she makes things happen quickly. I look forward to launching BON and seeing how it improves our customer retention/return rates.

So far this app is AMAZING. I just downloaded it tonight, but the customization is perfect and the rewards options are endless. A special shoutout to Emile for her INCREDIBLE customer service helping me figure out some things, even being extra generous to go above and beyond, as well as being super relational connecting with me about our business. I'm going to see how well this goes with gaining loyalty with our customers, I have a really good feeling about it so far. :)

Excellent customer service with fast response! I was assigned to an agent named Cara and she was ever so helpful and patient in showing me how the app works for first-timers like me. When setting up and editing the activities/rewards, there are a few glitches here and there. But still, the app itself is not bad. You can set up and customise it to the ways you wanted. Would recommend!

We have recently moved to BON from a much more expensive app and have been more than happy with the transition.
BON offers more customisation to customer notification and includes a customisable rewards landing page which allows customers to easily understand how our rewards program works.
It also integrates better into POS than our previous app and has an overall better customer experience.
