For the last few days, we have been looking for a loyalty points app, finally, we found BON at 3 A.M, her service (Maxxie) absolutely amazes me; she & her team can fulfill what I've been looking for: a customizable widget, built for Shopify, affordable price, live chat 24/7 (almost), even their back-end UI is so so great. They put their heart into this business! I will wait for you in Bali.

This app is silly - it has no ability to filter sales channels (why accrue points for amazon shoppers when amazon disallows marketing to their customer) and they don't stand behind their promises. Last year they PROMISED me that amazon customers would not affect my account's order limit and that they were working on a filter. Apparently my customers are not accruing points and this company seems not to care. I say look for another app - I am!

We sincerely regret any inadvertent misunderstanding that may have led to your disappointment. To be more specific: In August 2023, we made the adjustment per your request to exempt orders placed using email domains such as @marketplace, @wanelo, @members.ebay, @walmart, etc., from being counted towards the "order limit." However, as you may be aware, email addresses often change and evolve continuously, with variations like .net, .123, and so forth, emerging. Therefore, it's highly likely that there have been additional orders from these new domains over time.

We processed all the new requests from you and look forward to receiving your feedback soon. 🙏

I just started using this loyalty app but this team shows that they're the best! They were readily available to solve all my concerns no matter how small they were and I am not even on a paid plan!! Will definitely continue working with them and would recommend others to do the same.

Amazing app with outstanding support. Very responsive and good help. Also the app has a lot of features what we need in order to create a good loyalty program.

Great app with a lot of flexibility when it comes to customization and multilingual support. Maxxie, Chelsea, Cady, Anna and Cara have all been extremely supportive and helpful in explaining the features along the way of our implementation that will soon go live and interfacing with the developers to fix a couple of things that were needed for the app to work seamlessly on our theme. So far so good for the app and the support team. Well done!

Setup was a seamless and you cannot beat the customer service. Anna has been amazing in walking me through any questions I had. She has been very informative and has handled everything with kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this app.

I'm still getting set up but both Sophie and Maxxie were extremely helpful and quick to respond whenever I needed assistance. So far I'm beyond impressed with their customer service. Set up has also been easy so far!

Our store is now testing serval loyalty rewards app on Shopify, to fulfil most of our needs. And support from Emile is literally in lightning speed, and they got plenty of documentation hand by hand to teach you how to use the function.

Only thing is our shop relied on POS much (our offline store), but the flexibility for most of the loyalty apps could not offer much redeem discount rules on POS. Hope that Shopify could have a updates on it, and let BON could create more features for us to enhance customers happiness in store!
