I had an amazing set up experience with this app. Unlike other apps I was able to customize my program and give my customers lots of different ways to earn and redeem point to keep them coming back. The customer service was amazing and super responsive while helping me learn to navigate the super intuitive dashboard. I was REALLY happy with my experience, especially as a new store owner with no prior knowledge. Thanks guys!!!

Works great! I can reward my costumers with exclusive items with the rewardprogram! The refferal program also works great and it helped me a lot with getting new costumers! Maxxie, Cara and the rest of the BON team helped me perfectly with removing the brandmark for free!

I have been on the lookout for an alternative to Smile.io and BON is the new way to start :) Easy to set up, generous functions and highly customisable for a free app with great potential coming up! Emile was very helpful and gave great starter tips. She's very open to feedback and suggestions and was so sweet throughout our conversations. Highly recommended for any small business that wishes to implement a loyalty program. Definitely looking forward to the VIP Tiers and all future updates!
