Anna was so sweet and understanding. She went above and beyond. Her service deserves way more than just a 5, if i could give her ability to help and fix my problem a 10, I'd give her a 20!!! This is overall a great app in general to add customer appeal and interest!! I wouldn't make any changes, It is a very cool feature you can customize to your liking! Very pleased with App and Representative Anna. Can't Thank enough!!!

The best app I've found, I loved it has everything I was looking for for my store. Even the costumer service was always attentive the times I needed help, but especially thanks to Anna she was very friendly and very helpful.

Changed from a paid loyalty app to BON Loyalty Rewards & Referral and it has not disappointed. Very easy to set up and Emily with support was awesome when I needed assistance.

We were considering various apps, including Smile, Bon, Growave, and Rise. While all these apps are excellent choices, we ultimately decided to go with Bon. It turned out to be an outstanding choice!
We had a couple of questions and needed to make minor adjustments. That's when their customer care rep, specifically Genie, immediately came to our aid through live chat. Talk about customer service in the right moment - this is a textbook example! Moreover, the Bon team took care of the small adjustments and minor touch-up development right away.
So far, I am extremely satisfied with our decision. Thank you, Bon team! I'm looking forward to continuing to work with you guys.
