They have a awesome support program.
Emile had asked us what we needed before we asked her. And she helped us solve problems by providing the right support when we needed it most.
The reward program also has most of the functions we need, so it seems that can be introduced with a little modification.

I love this app. It is simple to use, and they have excellent customer service. Sunny was amazing. Sunny helped me get everything up and running very smoothly. She even had terrific suggestions for me and my business to gain more from the referral and rewards app. I was very impressed with how much she cared about me and my business. I would highly recommend this app for anyone who wants a referral and rewards system for your store. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I also think that Sunny deserves a raise. :)

I would rate this app 10/5 to be honest. I really loved the customizability and the support rendered by Anna. I highly recommend store owners to use this app over other available options.

En Français : À la suite du téléchargement de l'application, nous avons rencontrés quelques difficultés concernant certaines fonctionnalités, cependant après avoir pris contact avec la superbe équipe de BON, qui est très sympathique et très réactive, nous avons pu résoudre ensemble nos problèmes. Je tiens à souligner cette aspect important du professionnalisme de l'équipe BON, Daisy et Cara qui sont mes interlocutrices, sont très soucieuses de la satisfactions clients et sont absolument charmantes et attentives. J'encourage bien évidemment l'équipe BON à continuer dans ce sens, et J'encourage toutes e-boutiques qui souhaitent se démarquer dans leurs stratégies marketing d'essayer cette magnifique application. In English: After downloading the application, we encountered some difficulties regarding certain functionalities, however after contacting the superb team of BON, who are very friendly and very responsive, we were able to solve our problems together. Loving this all in one customer loyalty program. This app allows you to easily set up your referral program, reward system, and vip with your company branding. I was able to set up everything under 30 minutes.
