Easy enough to install. I did have some isses that needed to be tweeked out but the support team is just excellent and very very reactive (thanks Cara, Ariel, Daisy, Cady... ). They really did their best to try to solve the issues as soon as possible. The app is now working great.

The process of setting up BON was straightforward and user-friendly, with clear instructions and easy-to-follow steps, and explanatory videos.
