BON Loyalty Program & Rewards

The BON app is fantastic. The staff are always so quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any additional requests I have, including adding a feature I requested to make in-store redemptions easier, as we don’t use Shopify POS, which BON already integrates with.

The app itself works brilliantly. Most of my communication with the BON team has been around combining our existing loyalty scheme from our separate, older POS system and setting up the new one, which required a little extra assistance.

Very complicated app since there is so much functionality. You need the Customer service team to help while setting up - but they do a fantastic job of it. Lots of tutorials, guidance, and super fast responses. I've talked to 4 reps in the last 24 hours, each has responded in minutes every time. And real human responses that are straight to the point and helpful, not robots.
We have migrated over from Smile with ~30,000 customers rather than a fresh setup so it was definitely complex.

So far I like this program. I was surprised to see so many people signing up right away. The chat support is very responsive. A few minor things in the back end I had to learn how to understand. It's a very easy setup. I just looked at other websites and got the idea what to do right away.

The app is great, yes, no question, but what puts BON on top is their customer service. We have only been using this app for about 2 months and they have been there every step of the way. From small issues to complex queries, the BON team has shown up quickly and efficiently. We've only scratched the surface of this apps capabilities and can't wait to dig in more, but again, what makes us want to keep digging and exploring is that we know the BON team will be there to help. BON Loyalty is super easy to set up! We ran into a little hiccup with currency conversion display, but Kian, Dannie and Ame from their support team were so friendly and helped us sort everything out in no time. Couldn’t be more thankful — definitely a 5-star experience!

We migrated our loyalty program from Wix to Shopify and BON made it painless. The free plan covered everything we needed (sign-up bonus, points per purchase, referrals), and the support team — especially Ann — was outstanding: she guided us through importing 380+ customer point balances, suggested a smart workaround for the sign-up bonus issue, and completed the import the same day. Highly recommended for anyone migrating an existing loyalty program.

Bon Loyalty is one of those apps that leaves a lasting impression. I actually remembered it from about two years ago when I was researching loyalty apps for my Shopify store. I had to put my business on hold for a while, so when I recently came back to continue building my store, I was genuinely happy to find Bon Loyalty already waiting in my list of apps.

One of the things I appreciate most is how customizable it is. The free plan includes plenty of useful features, which is incredibly valuable when you're just starting out. At the same time, the app offers excellent upgrade options that can grow alongside your business, making it a great long-term choice.

The customer support has also been outstanding. Hazel, Hailey and Kian have been incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They explain everything clearly and even include screenshots and pictures to make the process easy to follow.

Overall, Bon Loyalty has been a wonderful experience so far. If you're looking for a loyalty program that's easy to use, flexible, and backed by a caring support team, this app is definitely worth considering.
