BON Loyalty Program & Rewards

The setup so far is very simple and intuitive, I would have liked some additional features that I requested (for example the ability to get different points depending on the review with photos/videos, or a more complete analytics tab). Kudos to Hazel and the rest of the team for the punctuality in the responses!

Features and functionality are fantastic. Integration both in-store (POS) and online are seamless and customizable. Pricing is very reasonable and customer support is some of the best I've encountered for a Shopify app partner. The difference between BON Loyalty and our previous rewards program is night and day. 5/5, definitely recommend!

I'm writing the review here for Cara, who took care of me. She is someone who protects the rights of the customer and increases my loyalty to this program. As long as BON is solution-oriented like this, I will stay with them for many more years.

Very pleased with this app and its capabilities. We have alot of different customer groups and needed to pay a nominal amount for some custom work to exclude some of our customer groups. If we wanted to spend a bit more down the line to cutomise it even further they really can do anything but our point was to keep costs back and soem of htese loyalty apps are very costly. The customer support is really great. Maxxie is extremely friendly and puts her heart and soul into helping her customers!

Really impressed but their level of service! Had some issues where I needed help to reset my customer's points. Hazel and Kevin very efficiently helped to reset them so I don't have to manually do them which would be extremely tedious.
