It's a 10/10 experience! Great value and a support that makes the customer feel welcome, appreciated and assisted at all time! Definitely have to mention Daisy who was very kind and helped out with everything right from the start!

If you don't have BON then you need to get it NOW! The dashboard is extremely user friendly and very customizable. It surpasses any other reward program we've used previously. One of the best things about BON is their customer service, we needed assistance and Genie was awesome to work with. They are very responsive and don't make you feel rushed or like you should already know the answer to what you're asking; they truly go above and beyond to give you the help you need. Thank you Genie and the BON Loyalty team for providing the best reward app out there and for your excellent customer service!

Very easy to use and set up! I do wish there was a way you could personalise it a bit more though, but overall very good!

I used it as a rewards/loyalty program. It worked wonders for me. My customers liked it as they could use their points to purchase more items.

The customer service has been amazing, have been working with them for about a month now prepping for our store to go online (we already integrated it with our instore POS). They're quick to respond and usually have a solution for me instantly. 10/10
