By far the best customer service I have experienced of any apps on Shopify. They are responsive and incredibly helpful. The app itself has been performing as it should and I am happy to have made the switch to BON.

So after much research, we decided to try BON for our first ever reward system and so far we are delighted!
The app is so easy to work through, setting up points and rewards, customising. Its well set out and very user friendly, I worked through it in no time.
There is lots of useful instruction sheets and videos to put it live on website, however I am not very good in this area so I was stressed a little ha. However I met Hazel on the live support chat (which is outstanding - there seems to be someone live all the time). Hazel made it so easy, she kindly checked everything for me and got it up and live on website within minutes.
It looks amazing, we are so happy with it so far and excited to see what results it has on our sales. However as a newbie with little website tech, this app was easy and the support outstanding. Nothing was any trouble and they went above and beyond to help.

We switched from SMILE to BON because SMILE was missing a major feature for us and that was the ability to exclude specific collections from earning points (i.e. sale items, special releases and low margin products).
From the get go the team at BON were incredibly responsive and answered at least 50+ questions we had (no exaggeration lol).
Their app is incredibly user friendly and does exactly what you want from a Loyalty App.
It took us a good 4-6 days to set up as we had issues with the initial customer import, points being awarded for orders that weren't meant to receive points ETC
But in the end, the team were able to fix all of the issues in a timely manner - bear in mind some patience is needed for issues that require developer intervention AND they don't work 24/7.
Their pricing plan is incredibly affordable too - the cheapest of all the Loyalty Apps we've used in the past (we're on the Growth Plan so this does come with a lot of features so this review may not relate to those on cheaper plans).

BON has been given to my e commerce the tools i need to create a full loyalty program also referrals system. It works very fine, you can modify and translate everything, and if you need some extra help the support team will provide you an truly excellent support

Great customer support experience! I'm still testing the features but so far I like the point rewards system both client-facing and the backend for shop owners. Everything is very easy to setup and manage. 5/5!
