I have been using it for a few days. Although it is not long, I found that it is relatively easy to master during the setting process, and the functions basically meet the needs of use. I ran into a little snag this morning SUNDAY. I contacted Bon Loyalty Rewards via online chat. I received a message saying all their techs were off on Sunday for a break. Which is totally understandable!
To my surprise Anna from Bon Loyalty responded on her day off. Fixed my problem in 5 minutes.

Just started using this app but so far the customer service is exceptional! I didn't read the onboarding directions before I completed the onboarding and needed some assistance. BON is the best loyalty app I have come across. We went through 2 other loyalty apps that just didn't have all the features that we needed. BON does! On top of that, their customer support is the best! Daisy, Cara, and Ana are always so helpful. They have helped me set up the app to do exactly what I needed it to.
