Customer service is even better - Anna was especially helpful but all the staff at BON have been extremely helpful.

Works great! I can reward my costumers with exclusive items with the rewardprogram! The refferal program also works great and it helped me a lot with getting new costumers! Maxxie, Cara and the rest of the BON team helped me perfectly with removing the brandmark for free!

We have recently moved to BON from a much more expensive app and have been more than happy with the transition.

BON offers more customisation to customer notification and includes a customisable rewards landing page which allows customers to easily understand how our rewards program works.
It also integrates better into POS than our previous app and has an overall better customer experience.

The support team is always responsive. They where super helpful with transitioning all the customer data and points balances from our previous app and where able to complete a few customisation requests to get it to perfectly fit our needs.

Highly recommended.

So far set up has been super easy and Anna in support was incredibly quick and responsive. I am starting with the Free plan to trial run as we are just starting out, a lot of the features I want are behind the pay wall of the first tier (like birthday points) but I am thinking there is enough in the free that it will be a great way to start loyalty on my shop!

I had such a positive experience with BON! Tonight, I was setting up the app, but being not so tech-savvy, I hit a bit of a roadblock. Thankfully, I reached out to for assistance... Anna responded right away and took care of everything I needed help with promptly and efficiently. It's such a relief to know that I have such great support available whenever I need it.
