Small update: They again helped me today set up my VIP Tiers. There were a few syncing issues, so they are fixing those quickly.

They are also building me a custom VIP experiance, Customer service is out of the world. When you have an app and can contact CS 24 hours a day, that is a HUGE bonus

I've been using the BON loyalty app for a few months now, and it's quickly become one of my go-to apps! Bon has been great for our store, especially since it's so customizable and we're able to make everything fit our brand. Also, it comes at a great price compared to other loyalty programs like Smile. As a new business, I began building my online store on Shopify with absolutely no knowledge or experience. Among the various apps I considered introducing, I chose BON Loyalty.
