Haley and the entire BON Loyalty team are great! Good app, very fast and precise customer support. They fixed a couple of small problems and supported in export/import without any issues. I really enjoyed the team and am enjoying the app. thanks!

The support team, especially Hazel, was a huge help. At first, I thought the customer’s request regarding the account changes wasn’t possible. However, Hazel provided a step-by-step guide and stayed with me throughout the entire process.

She carefully confirmed each step I was doing to make sure everything was correct. Because of her guidance, I was able to successfully complete what needed to be done.

If you ever find yourself having difficulty with anything, don’t hesitate to reach out to Hazel or the Bon Loyalty Customer Service team. They respond very quickly and truly support you from start to finish.

there is so much you can do with this app, really can't wait to showcase all features to my customers.

Bon Loyalty's customer service is extremely responsive, no matter i message them at 2am Singapore time, there is someone responding to me, i messaged them at 1pm Singapore time, Haley responded to me, superb customer service, great job guys!
