The customer service representatives are incredibly kind and professional. Also, the app offers nearly all its features for free, causing no inconvenience at all. If you ever experience any difficulties or have any questions while using it, don't hesitate to talk to the representatives. They are exceptionally courteous and professional.

Really cool App. Very easy to setup. I am using the free version and they give you lots of options. I will upgrade because you don't have access to the "welcome email" under the free version but compared to other loyalty apps the price isn't bad. I did have one question about an automated email and Anna was very helpful.
