Excellent support, very quick and efficient. Good functionality of the tool, it could be more intuitive but the support team covers that.

Excellent App - we have been looking for this for some time. And it meets all our needs. However, most importantly the customer service is stellar and the assistance we needed to quickly learn and clarify what we needed to do to ensure our ability to create customer experience.

I am new to using the app, but overall I am very impressed with how easily it integrates into the Multi-Vendor Marketplace app and how knowledgeable and responsive the customer support team is. So far, things are going really well.

Support staff is very patient and knowledgeable. Staff responded and fixed my issues very quickly. This app is also very good because support staff can be reached via chat and the response is almost immediate.

Top notch service to get started! Recommend based on the set up and will review once used for a bit but super happy with it to start with. Great flexibility in booking settings!
