This must be the best app for managing appointments, classes, rentals, tours and tickets on Shopify and the customer service is even better than the app itself. I had some teething issues getting the App set up but the team, especially Rob, were incredibly helpful and ensured it was up and running to my requirements in no time. Would highly recommend this app
Ignore bad reviews. If you are not experienced enough to use the app, it is not the developers fault. A good app covers a lot of topics that customers often have to deal with when a small business owner doesn't take the time (or use the tool) to make purchases easier. This app IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST if you're wanting to do product rentals and other appointment/booking style functions on your Shopify site. If you go elsewhere to add rentals/bookings you'll come back to this app, trust me, that's what happened to me. My favorite features include being able to have my assistant manage orders from a separate login through a URL and being able to list products for sale as well as for rent in the SAME listing! LOVE LOVE LOVE! Support is wonderful too. Give it a try, you won't regret it.
Rob from BookThatApp has helped me TREMENDOUSLY. He responds to all of my questions within 24 hours and with very thorough and easy to follow directions. BookThatApp is so far awesome and has swayed me to stay with Shopify because without it I would not be able to track my bookings for my Rental items. Thank you Rob and BookThatApp for all your continued support and being patient with me throughout all my endless questions! Highly recommended app!
Me being a demanding costumer, I had a great costumer experience with the support team. However, there is Alex from the support team who is on either his/her own personal vendetta, actually does not read the questions I am asking or he/she is lacking costumer obsession. He/she blocked me from the support service, since I told him/her that I will rather wait until another employee is back online again. (I may have send him 50 best tips and tricks for costumer service). I really recommend this app and love the costumer support, but cross your fingers when Alex is answering your call for support. It is unprofessional, does not stand for the high quality service of the app and shines a bad light on the service provided.
This App works extremely well. The Support Team is absolutely superb! They consistently get back to you and are very helpful. They saved me hours of stress (literally, they are a Godsend) - 10/10 would recommend.
I had a seemingly niche problem. However, the support desk was really excellent in their support. Detailed feedback, fixes, and rapid response times. Great!
So to be honest integration is not always easy and selfunderstanding but the support is always available and is taking care until everything is well set-up to meet the needs of our store. We are happy with the integration now and the support as well. Thank you for your help!
This app is just what I need to easily schedule our paint and sip and crafts classes. I like that it immediately reflects changes made to products in Shopify. Thanks Zetya!

The team at Zetya Support have been outstanding at responding to my requests in a timely fashion. Every request, big or small, has been answered. They explain things in a very easy to understand way too. I have used their paid service a couple of times to write some specific code like collecting customer information at the time an appointment is made. All works perfectly. Thanks Zetya!
