Thanks so much to the Bookthatapp team for their excellent support, the platform is intuitive to use, and we've found whenever we need extra support the BookthatApp team are on hand quickly to help with ideas and solutions!

Really helpful and such a great tool to have on the website. The team behind the app are really quick to reply and will help you edit code on your app for you.

Mostly reviewing about customer service: recently I spoke with Rana, who was very helpful, friendly and responded quickly. When I've contacted BTA during work hours it is quick and easy to get in touch with a real person to chat with, which I appreciate.

The app itself is pretty good, though it requires a fair amount of learning to get things working the way we want. Also not a lot of customization aesthetically. It seems like there are many customer experience features to customize but it's not obvious what each one does. I wish there was a small explanation under each Title telling you what exactly it does. Since the customer service is good its helpful to just reach out if you're confused about anything.

The app is robust - a bit tricky to navigate on your own BUT the customer service is phenomenal and they will walk you through how to setup and troubleshoot to resolve your issues every time you ask!
