Constantly need support to book due to unfriendly interface. Good luck talking to someone on a weekend. Overpriced and seems like it hasn’t been updated in years. Black outs are annoying, I should just be able to select what days I want to book things on and repeat it. Not block out every day I am not needing a booking.

In your case, the product’s availability issue was caused by a configuration problem. We’ve already assisted with reconfiguring it and followed up with you directly.

Amazing customer service and support! I asked if they could personalize a specific field to help optimize the rental experience on my website, and they not only added what I needed but exceeded all of my requests.

They were super responsive every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend this app to other businesses and reservation platforms. Huge thanks to Rana and Sisco for being so helpful — truly appreciate everything!

I've been using this app for 2 years and it has been incredible! Whenever we are unsure about a change, they are always so quick to respond and help us in anyway possible. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable booking system!

I have been using BTA app in Shopify for several years to manage online reservations for our tours and I have been very satisfied. I have been able to customize the app's settings to get it to do what I need and customer service and support has always been quick, helpful, and effective.

Book that App has been the most frustrating system ever! BTA has constant problems, everything from not allowing people to book same day or multiple days.

The checkout on book that app is now not allowing people to check out their rentals.

Super disappointing, costing me tons revenue because customer can not check out for rentals...DOT NOT USE THIS APP!!!!!

I’m new to this app, but my experience so far has been excellent—especially the support. It’s easy to get help through chat whenever I’m unsure how to set something up. Today I worked with Sisco, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They not only configured the app exactly how I needed it, but also took the time to explain the setup and reasoning behind it so I can manage it on my own moving forward. Thank you so much!
