Outstanding support! The team is always so responsive and helpful to the many questions we have. If there's ever any issues they fix it. It's been a massive upgrade from the previous booking system. 2025 EDIT: I've been using BookThat for more than six years. We currently have a waitlist issue that I've gone back and forth with support for more than 3 weeks. This app is crucial to my business, and I'm spending way too much time re-re-explaining the issue to tech support.

I find that the support team is excellent in helping and solving any problems I have with BTA, which tends to be often. I find that the app is not very intuitive and causes a lot of back and worth. I hate to admit it, I am not exactly a fan of BTA but it is the best booking application supported by Shopify. There has been improvements slowly over time and that has helped.

I have tried many booking apps and BTA just works. Setup is intuitive and the product page calendar booking option is great for my clients. Customer support is easy to get a hold of and very helpful.

The service I received today was fantastic, and he stayed the course to help me accomplish my goal until it was completed entirely. Last week I had reached out but wasn't ready to embark on implementing the solution. If I could give it a lower rating I would. I have been dealing with this app and its lack of decent tech support for over two years. CONSTANT tech issues, which they have to walk me through a work around fix as they are so involved. And getting support itself is beyond time consuming. Days and weeks. Via email.
