BTA Appointment Booking App

I usually try to avoid bad reviews. In this case, however, I want to warn you.
For over a month now, there has been an error where the booking widget on the website very often does not load and bookings are therefore not possible.
The result is lost customers and thus lost money.
Ok, things like that can happen, but the bad thing in this case is the support.

Incredible support! Always helpful and patient and make sure it get's done right. Don't ever feel like you can't reach out to them! They're great!

The app's been solid, and has a lot of flexibility especially with the API. Two things I wish we could do more easily:

* Dynamic pricing, or pricing based on time of day vs. having to create a whole separate product and calendar.

* More flexibility with the form styling. We don't use the widgets (even though they keep recommending it) because I can't target the code with CSS for customization. ...

Fantastic customer service. As soon as you message with the targetted issue, they will work on that, get the main issue and solve it for you or reply with the solution. I have gotten in touch with their customer service and Sisco is always on it. Thank you lots mr.
