Used the paid version for our other websites and worked fine until we wanted to improve our booking system. Admin dashboard can be confusing and when you contact support they talk to you in a condescending tone, very unprofessional. For the price there are better options.

I'm sorry to hear 😔. We reviewed your tickets, and we didn't see where we were condescending, but if that's how it was received, then we sincerely apologize.

I can admit that the settings in the app can be a bit challenging for our customers, and we are working on providing our customers with a better UI and user experience.

In our last conversation with you, we understand that you were upset due to utilizing the iCal sync, which created bookings in the app and exhausted your booking limit. We do have help articles that you can find here: https://support.zetya.com/hc/en-us. Especially this article on importing bookings using the iCal: https://support.zetya.com/hc/en-us/articles/5057815765775-Importing-Bookings-using-iCal; which does what you experienced.

After trying countless booking apps to manages a school bus service, this was by far the most comprehensive and easiest to work with.

This app has made booking for classes and events I host in my shop SO much easier. It integrates with shopify classes I create and then the calendar populates on my website. It has saved me hours of configuring and time. The help and chat feature is great, I feel like I get help almost immediately and customer service is awesome.

The app works really well for us and suits our needs. Support is fantastic, just had an issue, got into a chat and the problem was solved inside of 10 minutes. Would totally recommend this app.

The BTA support team has been super helpful anytime we've had an issue come up with our website in relation to class bookings. D'Angelo has always been timely to respond, as well as always providing some form of troubleshooting that has fixed the problem entirely or supported us in getting resolving major needs.
