Sisco on the support staff really knows what she's doing! She was phenomenally helpful and sorted out my problems in no time at all!

This app has been incredibly helpful for my business. It’s easy to use, well-designed, and works exactly as expected. It has saved me so much time and made managing everything much smoother. The setup was simple, and the features are very practical and reliable. Customer support is also responsive and helpful whenever needed. Overall, it’s a great app that genuinely adds value. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their workflow!

Mostly reviewing about customer service: recently I spoke with Rana, who was very helpful, friendly and responded quickly. When I've contacted BTA during work hours it is quick and easy to get in touch with a real person to chat with, which I appreciate.

The app itself is pretty good, though it requires a fair amount of learning to get things working the way we want. Also not a lot of customization aesthetically. It seems like there are many customer experience features to customize but it's not obvious what each one does. I wish there was a small explanation under each Title telling you what exactly it does. Since the customer service is good its helpful to just reach out if you're confused about anything.

The app is robust - a bit tricky to navigate on your own BUT the customer service is phenomenal and they will walk you through how to setup and troubleshoot to resolve your issues every time you ask!

BTA réponds parfaitement à mes attentes !
Mes clients peuvent maintenant directement réserver sur mon site !
A l'installation de BTA, la documentation et le recours à l'aide en ligne m'ont épaulé pour finaliser la configuration et la personnalisation de l'outils de réservation.
L'aide est permanente et aujourd'hui j'ai eu un problème d'affichage... l'assistance en ligne (Sisco C.) m'a accompagné et a résolu le problème en 2 minutes !
Je recommande cette application.

So far this app has been perfect for us! Rana from the support team has been an immense help with any questions we had along the way. We love the deposit feature for our bookings, and look forward to fully launching this in our shop in the coming days!
