I have been using BTA for about 3 years now and it has only become better and better! I rely on the calendar to view my bookings daily, it's like having a PA. The app is seamless, easy to use and customer friendly, I use it for both product hire bookings and appointment bookings - it can suit a range of needs. Highly recommend this app for any hire or booking based businesses

I have been using BookThatApp since August 2015 on my website, www.myweddingdecor.com.au. I use it in the Hire section to allow customers to know exactly when event decor is available to rent. The ease of being able to lock in a particular calendar date and to book decor for hire has made my rental side of my business grow significantly. I don't think it would have grown as easily without BookThatApp. The app does not "play" nicely with some of the other apps on the market, namely "Quantity Breaks" but I hope they will fix this in time. Nonetheless, this is a godsend.

I had great experience with Rob and Alex when I faced an urgent issue to add new booking form, which I didn't know I did't have it, in order to sell the product. It was resolved very quickly.

Love the integration with Shopify, and the support that Zetya/BookThatApp offers. The tech support are quick to respond, friendly, and actually follow-up to let you know when an issue is resolved. They also won't stop working until they have resolved your issue, which is amazing!!

"Book that App" is an excellent way to structure your website and has tons of helpful features. Not to mention the fantastic customer support, keep up the good work! It's a little difficult setting up at first but nothing you can't handle.

The Zetya support team has been super responsive in helping me through the learning process. Also, it was brilliant to have a chance to try out the interface before committing.

We use this app to allow our customers to pick a delivery date for perishable items and control our daily shipment capacities. It's amazing! The run sheet reports are very helpful and whenever I have an issue their support team always responds quickly and helps me resolve any problems. Would highly recommend BookThatApp!

The app is straight forward and effective, and the support team is unbelievably helpful and responsive! This app streamlined our booking system as our tour program grew, and we would not have succeeded without it. There are some nuances to work through, and the reporting could be a little more sophisticated, but overall this has been a very positive experience, and the support team has been a big part of that. Thanks Rob, Gavin, Alex et al!

The app is fantastic and I highly recommended. I wish a few extra features were added for my convenience - such as the option to control all customer facing parameters, not just some - but I am sure these options will soon be available from such a great team.
