This app is definitely a perfect app for booking!! The team is super helpful and fix my problems!!!!

The team at Zetya Support have been outstanding at responding to my requests in a timely fashion. Every request, big or small, has been answered. They explain things in a very easy to understand way too. I have used their paid service a couple of times to write some specific code like collecting customer information at the time an appointment is made. All works perfectly. Thanks Zetya!

I just love the customer service!!! So helpful and friendly and respond quickly! It was a bit tricky setting everything up as I am not IT orientated so it took me a while, but the help was great!

I have used this app now for a year to book classes several times a week at numerous venues, I had BTA install and integrate it with my shopify account. It was money well spent. It was done correctly and up and running fast.

I recently contacted the tech support as I wanted a new feature installed and had no clue how to do it. Rob took care of this for me quickly and made my site more efficient and easier to use.

I highly recommend this app for the ease of use and the features that they offer.

There is definitely room for improvement, but we are thankful that it exists as there is no other platform available through Shopify.

Great potential! Not the most straight forward to install but there is a paid service to have it done. Would highly recommend that unless you really know what you are doing.

If you have a problem then take screenshots and send them with your initial ticket. It will help speed things along.

As has been mentioned, a number to call or even a live chat would be very much appreciated! I think that would really improve this app.

Again, great potential. Have had a few issues but in the end BTA has always managed to resolve them! Would be nice to have feedback on how an issue was caused or solved but in the end the app working properly is what matter.

I've decided to use the BookThatApp for my business website to book all of my customers and easily have access to all my bookings. First off, their customer service is amazing! They respond back to you within minutes which is extremely rare. Secondly, the quality of this app is next to none. They make very super easy for you to manage and off a helping hand in case you have any questions. This is definitely a MUST-HAVE app if you're looking to implement an interactive calendar on your website! I would not use anything else. I rate them 10/10 with no doubts. My favourite thing about this app is the customer service by far! Thank you for helping me out with all my questions and for going above and beyond with customer service! I definitely recommend over anything else!

I tried a few other booking apps but decided on BookThatApp and am happy that I did.
